I know this video has to be bullshit, but I don't know the exact science that makes it bullshit.

Nope, I'd put my money on Photoshop. The crack doesn't "go away" until the camera is in a static close-up, and even then it's a "time lapse" demonstration, which is really easily spoofed by just making a couple different "versions" of the crack "disappearing" and then splicing the images together in a video. You'll also notice in the final "LIKE NEW!" shot, it's a static shot with no movement over the "repaired crack". There aren't any closeups of the "repaired" crack either.

Or the windshield was perfectly fine in the first place and they added the "crack" in Photoshop. But that would be harder to do what with the closeup of the liquid application.

The bug spray could be many things. The alcohol evaporates and leaves behind salty bug spray. Bullshit. That won't repair a glass crack.

That crack looks an awful lot like paint.
